After llisting my 70's photographs on Etsy in 2012 I began to have a sale here and a sale there. After three years of selling my work without any complaints I received a notice from Etsy on November 16, 2015 that a Take Down of my 1975 and 1977 Rush photographs would occur because of a complaint received by Showtech Merchandising Inc., who control the merchandising for Rush. I was unaware that I had done anything contrary to the copyright act. Why would I? I hadn't had anything to do with the publishing industry since 1978 when I photographed for Music Express as a student in high school.
